About 12 months ago, I made the decision that I was going to quit going through diet after diet and instead figure out how to really lose weight and keep it off for good.  I set out on an adventure to learn exactly how to lose weight fast while keeping my normal routine.  After all, these diets were doing me no good.

I also had a European vacation approaching rather fast and that motivated me to want to lose weight.

I began my search on the internet because I knew I wouldn’t find what I was looking for out in the real world.  I’ve had enough of all the weight loss lies on TV and on the magazine covers you see these days.  With that said, the internet is still host to plenty of scams that you must be aware of.

I started researching a bunch of information about foods and exercises that specifically help with burning fat.  It was quite a discovery for me to learn that there really are a number of foods that target fat cells and destroy them.  Pretty neat huh?

So I started doing more and more research to find out more about foods like that.  I also learned about plenty of unique exercises that are particularly aimed at burning off fat around the mid section, which was a big deal for me.  I wanted my body to look like it did when I was in my 20′s and I was on the right track to discovering how to do it.

After about two weeks of reading and learning, I happened to come across a website that had a ton of information on a variety of weight loss subjects.  The certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist running the site has a ton of articles that taught me most of what I know to this day.

Now there is a lot of information on the internet about the best new ‘miracle’ diet program or the fastest new weight loss system, but I’m sorry to tell you that something like this does not exist.  However, you can still lose 5 or even 10 pounds in a week or two by just learning about the way fat loss works.

I want you to know that it is important that you motivate yourself to make the changes in your life to get the body you that you want to have.  Motivation can be the main factor in losing weight fast and you can do it if you set your mind to it.

I was desperate to lose weight as fast as possible because my Europe trip was only a few weeks away from the time I found Mike Geary’s website.  I really pushed myself to learn about weight loss and it definitely paid off.  I lost 5 pounds in my first week after making some changes to my diet and lifestyle!  Sounds easy because it really was.

It’s not some magic wand that’s going to instantly cause you to lose weight while you do nothing.  Please don’t fall for the diet pill scams you see all over the internet – instead, think about making a few changed in your life that will make you happy and high on life.

I’ve been in great shape for almost a year now and I am just getting ready for my next European vacation coming up next month.  I have the confidence that I can keep this body for years to come as long as I continue to apply what I learned and continue to believe in myself – and the best part is that both guys and girls can benefit from it.
